Well, i've landed in Uganda, and have now done my first day of work. The flights were good, although a bit of a dash at Dubai, because we had to go through Security again, even though we had just come off a plane(!)
The others of the group arrived midnight local time (9pm UK) so time for a beer and chips before trying to get some sleep (try definately the word). Monday was getting from Entebbe to Jinja, with a quick visit to Falls at near the start of the Nile

I will try and keep up on this, but someone will be doing the other one everyday.
Today we were in a school preparing walls in 2 classrooms and getting the first layer of undercoat on. By Thursday we hope to have done a second coat and then paint the rooms. More on that later
We're now off out for a visit to the town and dinner
